Then we’re opening up the apothecary. 🌿\u003cbr\u003eYou’ll have 20 different herbs, berries, roots and spices to choose from to customize your own blend, including things like rose hips, echinacea, mullein, marshmallow root, elderflower, astragalus, hibiscus, schisandra, tulsi, rosemary, chamomile and more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWant something warming and spicy? 🍂\u003cbr\u003eSomething tart and fruity? 🍒\u003cbr\u003eWant to lean into traditional respiratory herbs? 🌱\u003cbr\u003eBuild a cozy, calming blend? 🌼\u003cbr\u003eOr maybe create an adaptogenic or traditional immune-support focused formula?\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLauren will walk you through each herb, what it has traditionally been used for, how it works within a formula, flavor considerations, suggested amounts and which herbs make sense together. We’ll also talk about one of the biggest formulation lessons: more herbs doesn’t necessarily mean a better formula.
