Due to the nature of our offerings—cosmetic goods & consumable products—we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. Shipping Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped, The Good Village Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We do not open or manage claims with carrier services on behalf of customers. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is lost in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
