To use:

• Woman: Use 2x/day, morning and night. Rub a dime-sized amount on wrists, neck, inner thigh, over your womb. Move are of application every two days. Use for 3 weeks, then take one week off. Repeat.
• Men: Use consistently 1x/day on areas with thin, sensitive skin (i.e. inner thigh, inner elbow, wrist, neck, testicles). Move application zone daily.
