🔥🌿 MAKE-YOUR-OWN FIRE CIDER WORKSHOP 🌿🔥
Fire cider is one of those folk remedies that doesn’t need a complicated recipe and that’s part of what makes it so good!
Join us at The Good Village Co. in Nisswa for a hands-on workshop where you’ll build your own jar of fire cider to infuse at home. We’ll cover the basics of this traditional apple cider vinegar infusion, the role of the classic ingredients, and how to make it your own using what you have on hand.
We’ll have the traditional fire cider ingredients prepped and ready to go, plus a selection of optional herbs to customize your jar. Want it extra warming? More aromatic? Want to incorporate herbs traditionally used for seasonal wellness, digestion, or respiratory support? Lauren will walk you through your options, a little formulation nuance, and how to build a blend that makes sense without overcomplicating it.
Then you’ll build your jar, top it with apple cider vinegar, and take it home to infuse. 🍎🌿
Your $30 ticket includes:
🍎 A mason jar + apple cider vinegar
🌿 All traditional fire cider ingredients
✨ A selection of optional herbs for customizing your infusion
📖 A take-home guide with instructions for finishing & straining your fire cider, suggested use, storage, ingredient information & a basic guide for making your own future batches
🪴 Herbal education & guidance from community herbalist Lauren Hardy
The workshop itself will take approximately 30 minutes, making this a fun, approachable way to get your hands into herbal medicine without committing your whole Saturday.
